The Communications and Stakeholder Engagement team plays a central role in strengthening ERWAT’s reputation as a trusted provider of wastewater treatment and environmental care services. The team ensures that ERWAT communicates effectively with its stakeholders — including residents, municipalities, industries, government partners and employees — while promoting transparency, awareness, and engagement across all touchpoints.
Through strategic communication, brand management, stakeholder engagement, media relations, and digital outreach, the unit supports ERWAT’s mandate to deliver Excellence in Water Care and to keep the public informed about projects, initiatives, service-related updates, environmental programmes, and organisational achievements.
